  1. Understand the product

    Bring the product goals, current screens, constraints and any user feedback. We agree which journeys the work should address.

  2. Work through the flow

    Explore the structure and important screens before expanding the visual system. Review how the interface behaves as well as how it looks.

  3. Refine the system

    Resolve the agreed states and components, then coordinate handover with the build team. Research and testing requirements are defined in the brief.
