Yale Kofman is a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Elyxium Group, where he oversees the infrastructure, systems and tools that support the firm and its clients.
His work spans the operational foundation behind financial and estate planning, investment access, portfolio design, reporting and other essential services.
Yale brings 30 years of experience across executive strategy, investment management, operations and client relationships. His career includes leadership roles at BMO, BNY Mellon, First Republic and Charles Schwab Investment Management, including experience as both a deputy chief investment officer and chief administrative officer.
Yale earned his BA in International Relations from Lewis & Clark College and his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He also serves on the Executive Board of the Japan Society of Northern California.
Outside of work, Yale roasts his own coffee, plays tennis, runs half-marathons and follows Leeds United.
