Jeff Mortimer is a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Elyxium Group, where he leads the firm's investment strategy.
He is responsible for the economic outlook, capital market assumptions, asset allocation and the evaluation of investment managers used across client portfolios.
Before joining Elyxium, Jeff served as Director of Investment Strategy at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where he helped establish the economic outlook and asset allocation policies for $250 billion in assets under management. Earlier, he spent 13 years at Charles Schwab Investment Management, ultimately serving as Chief Investment Officer with responsibility for $240 billion in client and shareholder assets.
Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Babson College and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder and serves on the Investment Board at Babson College.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golf, skiing and listening to old vinyl records.
